Let's face it, in today's world of "advertising-overload,"
promises are a dime a dozen. Every time we turn around we are promised some "beyond belief" result.
It is difficult not to become cynical in this kind of environment. How do we overcome this? Simple: we
keep our promises to you and provide you with the best customer service humanly possible.
From the way Alder Estates
homes are built to the way they are sold, people are always placed above profits, relationships valued over income potential,
and we simply will not accept an unsatisfied customer. By doing this, we hope to build more than a home--we aim to build
a reputation in the community for quality products delivered through unparalleled customer service!

Society’s Relay for Life campaign, worked with Easter Seals yearly Lights of Hope display, volunteered at the annual

in Anderson and Kentucky.
Mark's wife Susan is a middle school Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at
Wren Middle School. Mark and Susan have two children, Kelsey and Jackson. They are members of Boulevard Baptist Church and
enjoy family boating, trips to the mountains, dining at the many fine upscale restaurants in Anderson, hanging around in the
many destinations in downtown Anderson, and attending the many festivities Anderson offers.
